Terms and Conditions

CUSTOMER WEB SERVICES AGREEMENT: Solution Point (hereinafter can also be referred to as "Parent") AND you (hereinafter referred to as "Customer" or "User" or "Member") HAVE entered into a Customer Agreement ("Agreement") as below effective from today.

WHEREAS, Parent provides Domain Name, Web & Email Hosting, Site Builder, Web Design, Software Programming, Digital Marketing, SEO/PPC, Listings & Content, and other related services;

WHEREAS, the Customer wishes to purchase through Parent, Domain Name, Web & Email Hosting, Site Builder, Web Design, Software Programming, Digital Marketing, SEO/PPC, Listings & Content, and other related services;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual promises, benefits and covenants contained herein and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt, adequacy and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, Parent and the Customer, intending to be legally bound, hereby agree as follows:

1. Customer Election. Customer hereby elects to purchase Domain Name, Web & Email Hosting, Site Builder, Web Design, Software Programming, Digital Marketing, SEO/PPC, Listings & Content, and other related services through Parent.

2. Parent's Acceptance. Parent hereby accepts Customer's election to purchase Domain Name, Web & Email Hosting, Site Builder, Web Design, Software Programming, Digital Marketing, SEO/PPC, Listings & Content, and other related services through Parent.

Personal Information: When you register for certain services, we will ask you to provide personal information. The information we collect may be combined with information obtained from other Solution Point services and other companies. We use cookies and other technologies to keep track of your interactions with our sites and services to offer a personalized experience.

Your Choices: You can stop the delivery of promotional e-mails & mobile text messages (SMS) from a Solution Point website/portal or related services by following the instructions in the e-mail you receive or by logging into your account. To make proactive choices about how we communicate with you, follow the instructions listed in the communication carefully and explore the user a/c & FAQ pages.

Uses of Information: We use the information we collect to provide the services you request. Our services may include the display of personalized content and advertising. We use your information to inform you of other products or services offered by Solution Point and its affiliates, and to send you relevant survey invitations related to Solution Point's Web Services. We do not sell, rent, or lease our customer lists to third parties. In order to help provide our services, we occasionally provide information to other companies that work on our behalf.

Also refer Parent's Customer Master Agreement for DIY Domain Hosting clients registering through our consumer retail portals. All other users using web services offered through many other partner network web portals owned & managed by Parent agree to terms of use specified on those portals along with terms here above.
