Business Development Manager - Web Media Services
To work with Developers, Designers, Online Marketers and Social Media Channels to acquire and service new clients, forge strategic partnerships, make special projects & video presentations, devise alternative distribution for existing and new business initiatives. Applicants should be entrepreneurial, open-minded, adaptive, creative, action oriented, organized deal makers, well versed in a broad range of web technologies, who can spot opportunities, evaluate inbound inquiries, build content partnerships, collaborate with many special interest functional groups, negotiate and close business deals. When interacting with internal and external clients, you will need to possess good judgement, be persistent and action- oriented, and be highly collaborative.
Responsibilities:
• Co-lead exploratory discussions with potential customers
• Evaluate opportunities and present recommendations
• Open doors, negotiate and close business deals
• Promote Web Portals, Social Media & related assets to special-interest groups - both in online & offline marketplace and establish new partnerships.
Requirements:
• Graduate with strong academics or equivalent and excellent English language skills, Bachelors degree or MBA a plus
• Extensive experience in customer management, service management & marketing in an internet or technology startup environment and experience identifying clients, analysing and structuring deal with a proven track record of deal negotiation and execution
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to formulate and articulate contractual, technical, financial and value points with clients and internal teams and high level of comfort escalating and presenting deals.
• Ability to balance competing priorities and manage several time-sensitive project/deals at once in a fast paced environment with minimal direction
• Fluency in Hindi and knowledge of the India's web technology market
