What is your Refund Policy?

Money-Back Guarantee, Refund and Reimbursements: We provide 30 day money back guarantee on all new web / email hosting accounts accounts. If you are dissatisfied with our web services at any point within first 30 days of booking, just delete the service and request for refund and we will issue 100% refund of your money unless otherwise specified at, or prior to, the time of purchase.

Domain Name sales are made final at the time of purchase. You are the sole owner of any domain names registered through our services upon payment in full. Should you decide to leave our service for another provider, domain names are transferable and therefore not eligible for refunds.

Changes to registered domain names cannot be made once it has been purchased with a domain registry. It is very important that you verify the spelling of your domain name and have someone else read it as well to ensure it is exactly as expected. Domain Name renewals are billed automatically.

We refund any unused portion of your debit account balance within 1 month after receiving a request from your control panel. We will not be responsible for any differences in the refund due to Fluctuation in Currency rates, Transaction charges, Payment Gateway or Card Fees charged by Bank.

In case of On-line payment via CCAvenue, refund to source of payment is done (if made within 6 days). If it is an old payment, create a ticket with your Bank details (Name, Bank/Branch, etc) and we shall do a Cheque transfer of this amount and settle your refund. Normally, you will receive the net refund within 4 weeks of refund submission.

Money-Back Guarantee, Refund and Reimbursement Terms:

(1) All Clear Balance pending in the Advance Account maybe reimbursed fully to the Customer, on request of the Customer. Such Request must be sent to us in the manner prescribed.

(2) All bank charges applicable and a reasonable processing fee will be deducted from this amount. All Refunds and Reimbursements will take up to 14 Business Days from the date of receipt of the request, to process.

(3) We will not be responsible for any differences in the reimbursement amount due to Fluctuation in International Currency rates. We will determine in sole discretion appropriate conversion rates for currency exchange.

(4) We will not refund any amount that has already been debited to the Customers Advance Account under any circumstances. Minimum refund amount must be Rs.100, else refund requests shall be cancelled.

Credit A/c Balance Refunds: Solution Point and it's Partners, in their sole discretion, expressly reserve the right to deny any Order or cancel an Order within 30 days of processing the same. In such case we may refund the fees charged for the Order, after deducting any processing charges for the same.
